Hi, I’m Sharish Hussain, a pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist with over 8 years of experience supporting children and families in their communication journey. I’ve worked in many different settings—schools, outpatient pediatric clinic, in-home services, and teletherapy—so I understand how to meet children where they are and make therapy fit their everyday lives.
I’ve had the joy of working with little ones in early intervention (birth to age 3) as well as school-age children and adolescents. I specialize in Assessment and Treatment of Speech and Language Disorders and have experience supporting children with a variety of diagnoses, including Autism Spectrum Disorders and Down syndrome. My goal is always to create a positive, encouraging environment where children feel confident and families feel supported.
I studied Communication Sciences and Disorders at Georgia State University (Go Panthers!) and am proud to be an Atlanta native, born and raised in Georgia. When I’m not in the therapy room, you’ll usually find me exploring new coffee shops, enjoying the outdoors, or curled up with a good book. Oh and I love all things Disney.
